Candyland was a plantation in Chickasaw County, Mississippi owned by Calvin Candie, the main antagonist of Django Unchained. It was the fourth-largest in the state before it went out of business after Django and King Schultz killed Candie and his household, and also destroyed the mansion.
Overview[]
Candyland was a place notorious for its treatment of slaves like the previous plantations the tandem infiltrated. Broomhilda Von Shaft was tortured here for misconduct by being placed in a "hot box" where she would experience heat-related exhaustion.
Workers[]
Candyland has a diverse group of slavers, militiamen, trackers and slaves under its wing. Almost all of its white members were killed by Django during the two-part attack on the mansion, while the black slaves have been freed.
